CTA Centre Ltd have opened a new CPCS test site in the county of Somerset, this new test site is a partnership with AKS International (Cranes) Ltd.   The test site has been approved by CPCS for the new A66 category (Compact Crane) along with A40 (Slinger/Signaller), A60 (Mobile Cranes), A36 (Lorry Loaders), A25 (MEWP Scissors) and A26 (MEWP Boom).

CTA Centre Ltd Receives New Machinery For Testing

Another massive development for CTA Centre Ltd is that we have finally been sponsored by Kelland’s Plant Sales, Bridgwater for the supply of new machinery to conduct training and testing on, the line up of machines are a Fermec 860s wheeled digger, Doosan 75 Tracked Excavator, Doosan 140 Tracked Excavator and a Benford PT7000 Forward Tipping Dumper.   This will ensure that anyone who comes to be trained/tested will have new machinery to use at all times.

CTA CENTRE LTD WINS CPCS APPROVAL 

We are delighted to announce that on the 6^th August 2008, we got the contract to complete CPCS technical tests at our extensive Centre in Barnstaple.

This again is a first for the company being the 1^st in the South West to originally get CITB/CTA approval back in 1991 and now being the 1^st in Devon, Cornwall & Somerset to achieve test centre status, showing our commitment to the CPCS Scheme and to ensure that all candidates undertake their tests on a modern machine in a modern test centre.
